By accessing Brick Bronze Eternal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply to the website, the Discord servers and any associated tooling we operate.
2. Not an official product
Brick Bronze Eternal is an independent, fan-run community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or The Pokémon Company.
“Brick Bronze” and all related names and assets belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership over them.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, scrape at scale, or use the platform to harass other members.
We may restrict or terminate access to anyone who breaches these terms, without prior notice.
4. Purchases and refunds
Paid tiers are optional and unlock convenience features and cosmetics only. They do not grant any competitive advantage.
Refunds are considered case by case. Contact support with your transaction reference within 30 days.
5. Content and intellectual property
Community-submitted content remains the property of the person who submitted it, and is licensed to us only for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.
We do not claim ownership of member-created content and will remove it on request.
6. Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of in-game items or progress.
7. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes are announced in the main Discord server at least 14 days before they take effect.
