Frequently asked
- Nothing happens when I press Play Game
- Play Game hands off to your Roblox client. Make sure Roblox is installed and you are signed in — that link will not work in a browser that has no client to hand off to.
- The game opens but stops loading
- Fully quit Roblox and relaunch it rather than just closing the window. A stale session is the usual cause. Still stuck? Post in the Discord.
- Which Discord channels do I need?
- You only need the one server — help and support live in #help-support, and announcements post in #announcements.
- My purchase did not unlock
- Say so in #help-support with your transaction reference. Entitlements are normally reconciled within a few hours.
